The Queensway
Pubs and Restos along the Queensway - Tanja Tiziana
The Queensway, running along the southern section of Etobicoke, is a mix of large retail and light industrial buildings. The area around the Humber River and High Park has seen considerable highrise and townhouse residential development in the past decade. At the same time, regional hubs such as multiplex theatres, Sherway Gardens mall and the Ikea bring tens of thousands of people into the area daily. The residential areas to the north are a mix of streetcar suburb vintage homes and postwar bungalows.

Bert Archer
Wednesday, January 19, 2011
