Michel Labbe is C.E.O. and President of Options for Homes, a unique, nonprofit developer of ownership housing in and around Toronto.

In this video he shares some of his insights into the prospects and challenges facing nonprofit housing development. We are also introduced to one of Options for Homes' latest developments, The Village by High Park, which is scheduled for completion in January 2011.
