The Institute is looking for an applicant with at least a university degree in computer science and five years of experience in systems analysis and programming of complex web and mobile data-driven applications. The developer would be responsible for working with the team to design, development, documentation and implementation of data-driven web and mobile applications. Applications are due January 10.

The manager will be responsible for preparing grant proposals, coordinating with partner organizations to create a community network of social services and providing human resource administration duties.
